Bloom offers an OHMAS Certified 72 Hour Driver’s Intervention Program that comes highly referred by local courts.

We continue to get positive responses from client satisfaction surveys and are proud of the work we are doing.  Clients regularly leave the program expressing gratitude for the experience and promising to no longer continue high risk drinking behaviors.  Bloom Recovery Network, LLC remains committed to providing evidence based programming by trained facilitators, screenings and small group sessions by certified or licensed counselors, impactful guest speakers, adherence to program rules, and timely reporting to our referral sources. 

Beyond the Driver’s Intervention Program, Bloom acts as Allen County IPS’s in-house treatment provider and offers criminal justice-involved individuals (and their families) programming supported by a grant awarded through the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections.  This programming is only available through referrals from Allen County Common Pleas Court/Allen County IPS, Lima Municipal Court, and the Adult Parole Authority. Groups offered include: Thinking for a Change, Criminal and Addictive Thinking, Seeking Safety, Relapse Prevention, Money Smart and Money Smart for Small Business, Life Skills, Job Readiness, Moving On, Socialization Collection, the Family Recovery Program and Couples Communication.  See tabs above for information on sister agency, Branches (non-profit 501 C3) and other Bloom programs offered.
